Work-From-PLS Program for Working Professionals

At Positive Learnings Space, we recognize that many professionals—especially those working in the IT, technology, consulting, and corporate sectors—often hesitate to seek help because they cannot completely step away from their work responsibilities.
Our Work-From-PLS model is designed to bridge this gap by allowing individuals to focus on recovery while maintaining essential professional commitments.

Designed for IT and Corporate Professionals

Many professionals in the technology and corporate sectors work in demanding environments involving:

  • High pressure deadlines
  • Long working hours
  • Remote work responsibilities
  • Constant digital connectivity

These pressures can contribute to mental health issues. Our program provides a structured therapeutic environment while accommodating limited work engagement when necessary.

Structured Work Access During Recovery

For individuals whose work commitments require continued involvement, we may allow limited and structured work access. With prior clinical approval, the following may be permitted:

Laptop use during designated hours

Access to important emails or meetings

Essential communication with workplace teams

This allows individuals to maintain professional continuity without compromising the recovery process.

Dedicated Work Zones

To support professionals who need to remain partially connected to their work, the centre provides:

Quiet spaces for focused work

Structured work windows within the daily program

Monitoring to ensure work engagement remains balanced with therapy

This helps individuals avoid the overwhelm of full work pressure while still meeting essential responsibilities.

.

Recovery Without Career Disruption

One of the biggest fears professionals face when considering treatment is falling behind at work or damaging their career. Our approach ensures that individuals can:

  • Address mental health concerns early
  • Maintain professional credibility
  • Continue essential communication with their workplace

By combining therapy with controlled professional connectivity, individuals can work toward recovery without feeling completely disconnected from their career.

Ideal for Professionals Experiencing

This program can be beneficial for professionals dealing with:

  • Work stress and burnout
  • Emotional exhaustion and sleep disturbances
  • Difficulty balancing work and personal life

Early intervention can prevent these issues from escalating into more serious mental health conditions.

Professional Boundaries and Centre Guidelines

While work access may be permitted, the primary focus remains recovery. All participants in the Work-From-PLS program must:

  • Follow the rules and regulations of the centre
  • Participate fully in therapy and recovery programs

Clinical staff may adjust or restrict work access if it begins to interfere with treatment progress.

Non-Residential

Day Care Program

For individuals who cannot commit to full-time residential care, we also offer a Day Care Program.
This option allows individuals to:

  • Attend therapy, counselling, and structured programs during the day
  • Return home in the evening

Key Features of the Day Care Program

Different costing structure from residential programs

Access to structured psychiatric and psychological support

Ability to remain connected to family and work life

Participants in the day care program are required to follow the rules and regulations of the centre, including attendance schedules and program guidelines, to ensure the effectiveness of treatment.
